Administrative Assistant – Data Entry

• Upload documents to member files • Enter data into member files • Generate barcodes to catalog documents • Perform other tasks related to organizing and sorting relevant member information • Critically review incoming data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions • Meet productivity standards based on the learning curve • Use our various tools and assess the feasibility of transactions • Assist with special projects and carry them out as requested by a direct supervisor or team lead • Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative experience: 1 year (an asset)
- User experience with a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Comfortable with technology
- Good typing speed (speed and accuracy)
