• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution. • Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams. • Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects. • Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers. • Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams. • Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them. • Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.
