Is accountable if an event ships broken or at the wrong time. • Governs the curation, scheduling, and rollout of live in-game content — item shops, seasonal offers, rotating content. Owns the content calendar and coordinates across product, design, and monetisation. • Reads live telemetry to understand player behaviour, retention signals, economy health, and event performance. Surfaces insights that inform content decisions and monetisation tuning. Works alongside data analysts — does not replace them. • Holds the connective tissue across SRE, QA, community management, and product. Ensures new features integrate into the live environment without surprises. Runs the operational readiness gate before major launches. • Maintains runbooks, incident playbooks, content rollout SOPs, and post-mortem documentation. The live operations function does not depend on any one person's institutional memory.
