Job Description: Established in 1980, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) is a multi-site mission-driven non-profit organization employing over 700 staff whose primary focus is providing the highest quality patient care to residents throughout the Merrimack Valley. Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), GLFHC has clinical sites throughout the service area and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program. GLFHC is currently seeking a Referral Specialist. The Referrals Specialist performs all functions necessary to ensure patients have been cleared for specialty service visits. Processes prior authorizations, schedules appointments and tracks referrals. - Must be able to don appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). - Prepares and processes all referral and pre-authorization paperwork. - Contacts various clinics, facilities, companies to obtain information to accurately complete referral and pre-authorization requests. - Utilizes third party payer and insurance portals; has a detailed knowledge of insurance providers, their portals and their expectations for authorization approval. - Calls patient within 48 hours of initial referral to provide update. - Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts - Hybrid schedule Qualifications: - Bilingual, Spanish and English preferred - HS Diploma or GED Certificate required - Medical or Administrative training. - Minimum of one year of experience working in hospital or other clinical environment. - Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Role Description The OSINT Investigator will work in a team dedicated to investigating malign influence. They will use open-source tools, techniques and methodologies to monitor, collate, verify and analyse information shared across social media platforms and other media outlets, generating products and relevant leads for further investigation. They will also support the team with understanding the entities, networks and infrastructure that conduct and enable malign influence.
