You'll leverage your excellent communication skills to resolve inquiries, provide guidance, and enhance the overall customer experience. - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. - Provide detailed information about the company's e-learning products and services to prospective and current customers. - Collaborate with other departments such as sales and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management system. - Assist in the development and improvement of customer service procedures, policies, and standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
