About the team We have various distributed teams working on our client's projects, internal tools, or in-house products. Our usual team size is up to 10 people, but we also have projects with multiple teams, some with well over 40 engineers. Our teams consist of industry experts, product owners, designers, and software engineers focused on frontend, backend, or both. About you We are looking for a **Full Stack Engineer** to join one of our scrum teams, working with technologies like Spring Boot, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Redux, and reusable web components. You will own features end to end and actively shape the platform.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, and a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent education).
- Very good knowledge of Spring Boot and Kotlin, building production-grade services and RESTful APIs.
- Experienced with PostgreSQL; schema design, migrations, query optimization, and performance.
- Very good experience with TypeScript, React, and Redux, building complex and maintainable UIs.
- Practical experience with micro frontends and module federation.
- Use and understand AI coding agents, like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, while owning code quality.
- Be comfortable collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and working within a design system.
- Treat testing as a regular part of the work; unit, component, and e2e.
- Actively use linters and formatters and write clean code readable to both developers and machines.
- Understand CI/CD and be comfortable owning changes through the pipeline to production
- Solution-oriented person with structured working mode.

- Know what UI5 Web Components are and have used a component-based design system (e.g. SAP Fiori).
- Have experience running services in the cloud, ideally Azure, on Kubernetes (AKS) with Helm.
- Have exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Have worked with a service mesh (Istio) or Kubernetes-based platforms such as Kyma.
- Have experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
- Have hands-on experience integrating LLMs / GenAI into applications — e.g. Spring AI, Azure OpenAI, or building agentic flows and MCP servers.
- Have a strong interest in modern technologies and tools and enjoy pushing the platform forward.
