• Territory development & sales • Managing clinics and hospitals in your region • Increasing revenue, margin and market penetration • Independently managing the entire sales cycle (acquisition, consulting, product trials, negotiations, closing) • Strategic market development • Analyzing market, process and decision-making structures • Identifying opportunities and developing business plans • Commercial responsibility for your territory • Communicating with procurement, nursing staff and medical professionals • Building long-term, resilient customer relationships • Initiating and implementing projects (e.g., standardization, process optimization, product innovations) • Maintaining a transparent sales pipeline in the CRM • Preparing realistic forecasts • Structured planning of your sales activities

Job Requirements

  • A degree in business or substantial sales experience
  • Demonstrable success in demanding sales roles
  • Strategic thinker with strong implementation skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented and highly driven
  • Persuasive presence when engaging with customers
  • Ideally experience in the hospital or medical device environment
  • Business-fluent German (negotiation-level)
  • Good English skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
