Regional Coordinator – Imaging Curriculum and Assessment
The College of Health Care Professions
• Provide corporate academic leadership for all sonography programs across the organization. • Ensure consistency in curriculum delivery, instructional quality, and student learning outcomes. • Collaborate with campus leadership to establish academic priorities and continuous improvement initiatives. • Serve as the corporate subject matter expert for sonography education and instructional best practices. • Participate in strategic planning for sonography program growth and development. • Lead curriculum planning, review, revision, and implementation. • Ensure curriculum aligns with institutional learning outcomes and professional competencies. • Monitor accreditation, credentialing, and regulatory requirements. • Communicate regulatory changes and implementation plans to campus leadership. • Support accreditation activities, including annual reports and site visits. • Monitor credentialing outcomes and recommend corrective actions. • Support new program implementation and curriculum updates. • Assist with student academic concerns requiring corporate guidance. • Support campuses during accreditation visits and regulatory reviews. • Maintain instructional qualifications required to teach in CHCP sonography programs. • Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, hybrid, or online instruction as needed to support operations and faculty coverage. • Analyze academic performance and credentialing data. • Develop reports and recommendations for leadership. • Monitor continuous improvement initiatives using outcome measures.
Job Requirements
- RDMS registered with a minimum of two of the following modalities: Abdomen (AB), Adult Echocardiography (AE), Breast (BR), Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN), Sonography Principles & Instrumentation (SPI), Vascular Technology (VT)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical sonography experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership or academic role
- Experience with CAAHEP-accredited sonography programs
- Knowledge of ARRT, ARDMS, and SPI standards
- Multi-campus or corporate academic oversight experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and data entry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically diverse campuses
- Experience in curriculum development, academic assessment, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills

• The work environment includes driving a company vehicle various distances in all types of weather and traffic conditions. • The successful Mobile Radiology (X-Ray) Technologist must be able to function consistently under stress and be highly safety conscious.
