Role Description We’re looking for a rare blend: a recruiting operations pro who builds like an engineer. You’ll design and run the automated systems that power talent acquisition end-to-end—scaling pipeline generation, market insights, referrals, interview readiness, and data integrity. If you read a messy process and instantly start “vibe coding” a cleaner system, you’ll feel right at home. Key Responsibilities - Build automated sourcing “bots” and workflows that consistently generate qualified, interested candidates across multiple concurrent roles. - Create multi-channel outreach sequences, quality dashboards, and continuous optimization loops to improve response and conversion rates. - Develop a market intelligence “tripwire” system that monitors competitor hiring signals, talent movements, and comp trends with real-time Slack alerts. - Build an internal referral/backchannel system that maps employee networks and surfaces warm intro opportunities. - Automate interviewer and candidate prep (prep packets, interview guides, triggered comms, calendar/ATS integrations) to improve the interview experience. - Redesign and improve the careers site with strong storytelling, realistic job previews, and conversion-optimized application flows. - Implement ATS data integrity checks, exception reporting, validation rules, and cleanup workflows to keep recruiting data reliable. Qualifications - Proven ability to whiteboard and explain how you would implement the automation projects described above (systems thinking + practical execution). - 1+ year experience as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter (you deeply understand pipeline mechanics and candidate experience). - Strong recruiting operations foundation (ATS hygiene, process design, reporting, stakeholder enablement). - Comfort building scrappy, connected “systems” (not isolated point solutions) and iterating quickly based on user feedback. - Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); and ideally have worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this will not be considered. - High ownership, high pace, and availability beyond a strict 9–5 mindset when hiring needs require it. Preferred Qualifications - Experience building automation with tools like Clay, Cursor, Claude/AI coding tools, v0, Zapier/Make, Airtable, or similar. - Basic scripting or data skills (e.g., Python/JS, APIs, webhooks, SQL) to connect tools reliably. - Experience improving or rebuilding a careers site (SEO/AEO, conversion, content/storytelling). - Exposure to talent market intel, comp benchmarking, or competitor monitoring workflows. Tools & Technology - ATS (Greenhouse/Lever or similar). - Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana (or similar). - Clay, automation platforms (Zapier/Make), Airtable/Notion. - Dashboards/BI (Looker/Tableau/Sheets), APIs/webhooks, AI build tools (Cursor/Claude/v0). Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to record a video. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps—the video is the first step of the interview process. If you do not record a video, we will not be able to consider you for ANY open roles. We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
