Role Description Als Backend Developer bist du das Rückgrat unserer App-Entwicklung! Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team Lead Development und dem Team zusammen, um die Vision von MetaFlow technisch umzusetzen. - Feature-Entwicklung: Du setzt neue Features im Python/Django-Umfeld um und erweiterst unsere REST API (idealerweise mit Django Ninja) um neue, performante Endpunkte. - Daten & Architektur: Du verantwortest die Datenmodellierung und Implementierung in unserer PostgreSQL-Umgebung und achtest dabei stets auf Query-Optimierung. - Qualitätssicherung: Du schreibst automatisierte Tests (pytest/unittest), führst gewissenhafte Code-Reviews durch und sorgst für Deployments, auf die man sich verlassen kann. - System-Pflege: Du übernimmst das Monitoring, Bugfixing sowie die CI/CD-Pflege, um unsere Systeme stabil und verfolgbar zu halten. - Innovation: Du nutzt KI-unterstützte Entwicklungstools, um effizienter zu werden, und bringst aktiv Vorschläge zur Performance-Optimierung ein. Qualifications - 4–5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Python-Entwicklung mit Django in produktiven, komplexen Softwareprojekten. - Tiefes Verständnis von RESTful API Design, ORMs, Datenmigrationen und Clean Code Prinzipien (SOLID, Design Patterns). - Routine im Umgang mit Git, Docker, relationalen Datenbanken (PostgreSQL/MySQL) und modernen CI/CD-Tools. - Strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und legst hohen Wert auf hochwertige Ergebnisse. - Kommunikation auf Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B1/B2).
