This role guides clients through the full planning process, from inspiration to booking to post-trip support. If you enjoy helping others create unforgettable experiences and want the flexibility to work from anywhere, this is a strong fit. - Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferences, and budget. - Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and experiences that match client needs. - Build custom itineraries that maximize value, comfort, and enjoyment. - Manage bookings, confirmations, payments, and schedule changes through approved systems. - Maintain accurate client records and follow established workflows. - Provide timely updates, reminders, and support before, during, and after travel. - Stay current on supplier trainings, promotions, and destination updates. - Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level service that elevates the client experience. - Participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and optional professional development.
