• As a Flink Manager, you will be responsible for driving real-time streaming initiatives, managing high-performing engineering teams, and architecting scalable data solutions that power mission-critical business applications. • You will collaborate closely with product, analytics, infrastructure, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into resilient streaming architectures. • Lead the design, development, and deployment of real-time data processing pipelines using **Apache Flink**. • Architect scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-latency streaming systems leveraging Flink’s DataStream and Table APIs. • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Flink applications including development, testing, optimization, monitoring, and production support. • Drive best practices for state management, checkpointing, windowing, event-time processing, and fault tolerance in Flink. • Optimize Flink job performance, resource allocation, and cluster tuning for high-throughput environments. • Oversee integration of Flink with distributed systems such as Kafka, data lakes, warehouses, and microservices. • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering excellence standards. • Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage Flink deployments on cloud and on-prem environments. • Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms for streaming pipelines to ensure high availability and reliability. • Contribute to roadmap planning for streaming and real-time analytics platforms.

• Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations which drive change in philosophy, strategy, and execution • Support high-priority commercial initiatives by integrating insights from secondary data analytics, forecasting, primary market research, competitive and market intelligence • Work very closely with other functional teams to support them with their analytics needs. • Own patient level analytics like adherence, persistency, new starts and discontinuations, comorbidities etc. • Leverage machine learning algorithms and predictive methodologies to build, validate, and implement robust and timely models that are adopted and leveraged cross functionally. • Experiment with varied predictive algorithms to continually improve accuracy and recall of existing predictive models. • Help drive the advanced analytics roadmap from concept to reality. • Collaborate with third-party vendors, consultants, and business partners by serving as the primary point of contact responsible for the development of relevant business rules and appropriate governance. • Partner with cross functional commercial teams to help assimilate and drive adoption of results from predictive models into tactical execution and pull through initiatives. • Explore collaboratively with cross functional teams to advance the use of novel data sources like RWD. • Create and manage patient longitudinal journeys to summarize the market and use it in fundamental analyses like targeting and segmentation.

• Serve as the strategic partner and technology leader for scaling a modern data management platform in support of the commercialization of BeOne’s Oncology and Hematology portfolio • Report to the Director, Channel Data Management • Partner closely with Market Access, Commercial Operations, Business Planning & IT organizations • Leverage deep familiarity with pharmaceutical data and lead continuous technology improvements • Identify innovative ways of provisioning data and key business insights to help the Commercial organization achieve desired business outcomes • Develop strong relationships with data providers and setup a governance structure to review compliance with SOPs and drive continuous improvements • Maintain and expand extensive data quality checklists while securing timely and accurate data from channel partners • Lead vendor relationships and drive vendor partnerships and awareness of business objectives • Collaborate with Market Access team to develop data pipelines from distribution channels • Direct and project manage efforts of the Data Aggregator and their data and analytics platform • Facilitate continuous improvement of existing data design, processes, and templates

• Develops, assesses, and facilitates complex care management activities for primarily physical needs members • Provides high quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes including personalized care plans and education for members and their families • Evaluates the needs of the member, barriers to accessing appropriate care, social determinants of health needs • Develops ongoing care plans / service plans and collaborates with providers to address member's unmet needs • Identifies problems/barriers to care and provide appropriate care management interventions • Coordinates between the member and/or family/caregivers and the care provider team • Provides ongoing follow up and monitoring of member status and progress towards care plan goals • Provides resource support to members and care managers for local resources for various services • Facilitates care management and collaborates with appropriate providers or specialists • Collects, documents, and maintains all member information and care management activities • Provides and/or facilitates education to members and their families/caregivers on disease processes • Provides feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve care and quality delivery
