• Conduct strategic interactions via WhatsApp, Zoom, phone and/or other channels to close sales. • Lead consultative conversations, identifying the lead's pain points and needs to direct them to the most appropriate solution. • Follow the sales script, adapting the approach according to the lead's profile. • Perform follow-ups with leads in the decision-making process. • Nurture relationships with potential clients, adding value throughout the buyer's journey. • Update the CRM with accurate information on leads and stages of the sales process. • Work closely with the pre-sales (SDR) and marketing teams to optimize the conversion funnel. • Meet and exceed established closing and revenue targets. • Participate in alignment meetings, training sessions and continuous feedback.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Closer, Sales Executive or in a similar role within the digital market.
- Strong mastery of consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Organized and disciplined in managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station CRM).
- Basic knowledge of sales funnels and digital product launches is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and be goal-oriented.
- Availability to work flexible hours (especially during launches).

Role Description We are currently seeking an IMLCC eligible 1099 licensed psychiatrist contractor to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Psychiatrists will provide care only to members who reside in states in which the clinician is licensed. The hourly rate range for this role is $180 - 195 per session. Pay rate is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to location, skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. Contractors are expected to provide a minimum of 10 hours a week of availability. More is always welcome, depending on your schedule.
