Role Description LAS Elite Travel Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to serve as Remote Travel Planners. This role involves assisting with travel research, coordinating reservation requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the travel planning process. All work is completed remotely using online communication and reservation tools. - Assist clients with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences. - Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers. - Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online communication platforms. - Provide general travel information and destination recommendations based on client preferences. - Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation. - Review reservation information for accuracy before final confirmation. - Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards. Qualifications - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email. - Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace. - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in your country of residence. - Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support is beneficial but not required.
