Required For The Role - 7+ years of professional iOS development experience, with a strong command of Swift and the modern iOS ecosystem (UIKit, SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, dependency management, etc). - Proven track record owning and delivering complex, high-impact features from architecture to development and release. - Deep understanding of mobile reliability and scalability, with a track record of identifying and resolving systemic issues. - Experience influencing technical direction - defining standards, driving architectural decisions, and aligning cross-functional teams. - Strong customer empathy - the ability to translate complex user needs into technical solutions that address both immediate problems and long-term product health. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present technical tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders. - Strong collaboration with backend and product partners, translating business needs into technical execution. - Love ownership, iteration, and making things better every release.
