• Travel 100% to wind farms throughout North America on an 8/1 rotation. • Perform blade LOTO duties for GE wind turbines in support of blade repair operations. • Monitor confined space operations for internal blade repair work. • Assist the Blade repair team, who is primarily responsible for all work completion, either at height or on the ground. • May need to interface with the customer on site. • Assist in the operation of the basket, rigging/de-rigging blade access platform, and perform tag-lining. • Help the team solve problems related to the work scope. • Assist in maintaining organized on-site supply inventory during repair operations. • Miscellaneous operations support tasks as required by team leader. • Provide quality customer service and site rules and pay attention to detail. • Professional conduct both on and off site; care for company property and interests. • Maintain personal, team and site safety. • Be a team player for a diverse team.
Traveling Lead Composite Blade Technician Level 4

• Travel 100% to wind farms throughout North America on an 8/1 rotation. • Lead and mentor other technicians on a team with proper composite blade repairs, up to Category 5 complex or specialty repairs. • Perform expert composite blade repair uptower via platforms, occasionally on the ground, and potentially rope access. • Perform Epoxy and Polyester resin wet lay up, vacuum infusion, balsa and foam sandwich materials. • May be required to perform structural repair of blades. • Complete detailed Daily Progress Reporting Documents and QA/QC reports, adhering to Quality Checkpoints. • Complete onsite stock checks. • Demonstrate leadership with team. • Assisting site lead and project coordinator.
Lead Wind Service Technician

• Travel 100% to wind farms thought North America on an 8/1 rotation. • Lead and execute wind turbine service projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards • Provide on-site leadership and guidance to service technicians • Perform maintenance on Siemens 2.3MW turbines and other platforms (e.g., generator alignments, filter changes, and general service work) • Act as the primary point of contact for site stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication • Complete and maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and administrative tasks • Ensure compliance with all company, client, and regulatory safety standards • Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior technicians
