Wholesale Coordinator
Landen
• Order Management: Order entry and processing. • Actioning production updates and order cleaning/preparation prior to launch. • Invoicing/Accounts receivable management and related admin. • Coordinating wholesale distribution operations including in-season stock requests and returns. • Liaising with and supporting warehouse team on dispatch of orders. • Assisting in the preparation of monthly & seasonal reports, including analysis of sales figures and best/worst sellers. • Assisting in reporting on key wholesale KPIs and sales results. • Working closely with key departments to ensure the needs of the wholesale accounts are met. • Building strong relationships with key accounts globally to maximise and deepen relationships and future partnership opportunities. • Supporting customer orders to ensure that they meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in similar role is a plus.
- High level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- A true collaborator with the ability to work autonomously.
- Motivated, self-disciplined and shows initiative.
- Strong computer skills required (Excel).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to problem solve, prioritise and multitask in a dynamic environment.
