Franchise Success Coach
Rolling Suds
• Serve as the primary business coach for an assigned portfolio of franchisees. • Build strong relationships that promote trust, accountability, and engagement. • Partner with franchisees to establish goals and growth plans. • Conduct regular business reviews and field visits. • Identify barriers to growth and create action plans. • Coach franchisees on residential and commercial sales strategies. • Train franchisees on lead follow up and sales processes. • Support prospecting, networking, and business development activities. • Review sales pipelines and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates. • Coach franchisees on building relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOAs, and local businesses. • Review key business metrics and operational trends. • Coach franchisees on pricing, labor utilization, and production efficiency. • Help franchisees improve profitability and understand financial performance. • Promote operational best practices and brand standards. • Partner with Marketing, Training, Finance, Operations, and National Accounts teams to support franchisee growth. • Connect franchisees with internal subject matter experts when needed. • Ensure franchisees receive timely responses and clear direction.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of home services experience.
- 3+ years of leadership, coaching, or multi unit support experience.
- Proven sales training and business development experience.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial sales processes.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Experience using CRM and operational systems.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field with franchisees.
