• Acts as a liaison between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors • High call volume averaging 8-12 calls per hour during business hours • Assists with determining needs, scheduling or cancelling appointments • Correspond with policyholders, CPA’s, bookkeepers, agents to gather additional information as needed • Communicates audit needs to the insured • Maintains and updates contact notes on each assigned job • Makes calls to check on status of information • Handles all calls in a professional and welcoming manner • Attaches information and adds progress notes as it becomes available • Assigns audits to Phone Auditors once information is received • Other duties as assigned

• Conduct investigations for assigned claims • Inspect or remotely manage inspections of property, structures, vehicles, equipment, or accident scenes as required by assignment • Document damages, conditions, causation indicators, and other relevant findings through notes, measurements, photographs, and diagrams • Evaluate loss facts and support investigation of coverage, liability, damages, and exposure • Obtain statements from insureds, claimants, witnesses, or other involved parties when needed • Prepare timely, accurate, and well-documented reports for clients and internal stakeholders • Coordinate with examiners, managers, carriers, policyholders, vendors, attorneys, and other claim participants as needed • Maintain complete file documentation in accordance with company standards, client instructions, and regulatory expectations • Escalate complex issues, large-loss exposures, litigation indicators, or specialty claim concerns appropriately • Manage field assignments within service expectations, turnaround times, and quality standards • Travel throughout the assigned coverage territory as required

• Supervise and support a team of property claims adjusters across multiple levels of claim complexity. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to support adjuster development and performance. • Conduct performance evaluations, training sessions, and ongoing feedback discussions. • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and workload distribution across the claims team. • Monitor claims handling activities to ensure compliance with company guidelines and client expectations. • Review high-exposure or complex property claims and provide guidance on claim strategy and resolution. • Approve claim settlements within assigned authority limits. • Ensure appropriate reserve setting, claim documentation, and investigation practices. • Monitor operational performance metrics including claim cycle time, quality assurance results, and productivity measures. • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices across the claims team. • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding claim performance, service delivery, and operational matters. • Participate in client meetings and provide updates on claim trends, outcomes, and performance metrics. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineers, and other specialists involved in property claim investigations and repairs. • Ensure claims are handled in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and client service agreements.
