• Edit and produce training videos using industry-standard software • Collaborate with the instructional design team to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the videos • Ensure that all videos adhere to company branding and style guidelines • Manage and organize video assets and footage • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and production • Assist with other video-related tasks as needed

• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience • Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications • Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film • Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects to elevate production value • Create rough and final cuts while maintaining high standards of quality control • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running across all deliverables • Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process to ensure brand and narrative alignment • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time
