Territory Manager – Field Sales, Regions North/East/South/West

• Manage and develop an assigned sales territory in the field • Provide in-person consulting to customers from corporate enterprises, mid-market (SMEs) and the public sector • Collaborate with the assigned inside sales team to form a dedicated territory team and jointly take responsibility for your region • Manage the full sales cycle from customer development and appointment/offer coordination to systematic handling of sales opportunities • Tender Response additionally supports you with tendering, quotation and procurement-related processes • Advise a variety of stakeholders such as executive management, IT, HR, marketing, facilities, school leadership and administration • Capture requirements and develop appropriate solution concepts • Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and visit documentation • Expand existing customer relationships and identify new and additional sales potentials
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in field sales and selling technically complex/consultative solutions
- Confident in dealing with B2B customers and/or the public sector
- Ideally, knowledge in AV media technology, Digital Signage, UC (Unified Communications) or similar topics
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Routine in CRM use and strong sales organization skills
- Plus: Experience with tenders, procurement processes or funding/grant programs
- Driver's license class B and business-fluent German
