• Enter new client information in the company database. • Set up client accounts in Company Softwares. • Oversee client page in CRM and update with all add-ons and relevant details. • Note-take on client calls. • Provide clear and detailed notes for creative teams to execute. • Review sales calls, take notes with timestamps. • Capture intricate details and convey all information to the team. • Track all documents, requirements, and project assets, keeping them organized and easily accessible. • Join client meetings as needed

Job Requirements

  • Experience in client onboarding, account setup, or client success roles
  • Excellent communication, comprehension, and note taking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Teamwork, Ticketing systems, Virtual Meetings and other related software.
  • General understanding of digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dental Experience preferred
