• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons efficiently, ensuring punctual start and end of activities • Adhere to the schedules established for each class, respecting the methodology and profile of each student group • Assign and correct homework, written and oral assessments, providing constructive feedback • Enter grades for homework, assessments and other activities into the school management system • Submit report cards, reports and other relevant documents within the established deadlines • Record class registers (class diaries) in the management system • Encourage the use of pedagogical tools provided by the school as a complement to lessons (e.g., CNA Net)

• Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies. • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation. • Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours. • Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community. • Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices. • Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid quarter and end of quarter evaluations. • Collaborate with peers and Campus staff to share best practices and continuously improve instruction. • Contribute to co-curricular programming (e.g., speaker series, networking events) to enrich the student experience. • Stay current on industry and pedagogy trends relevant to your subject area and online teaching.
