Role Description This role is ideal for someone with hands-on consulting experience in Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology. In partnership with Deel recruitment platform, we are looking for an independent contractor in Latin America to join the team remotely. Candidates must be able to work in EST or CST hours. - Client Consulting & Solution Design: - Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals. - Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions. - Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture. - Implementation & Delivery: - Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support. - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives. - Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services. - Pre-Sales & Advisory: - Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development. - Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities. - Collaboration & Support: - Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery. - Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality. Qualifications - 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations. - Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions. - Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements. - Professional communication in English (written and verbal) is required for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams, with proficiency equivalent to an advanced (C1) level. Requirements - Reporting to the Consulting Manager, this is a client-facing consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. - You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support. Benefits - The monthly rate for this role is $4,000 - $5,000 USD monthly, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring. En effet, face à plusieurs problématiques de disponibilité rencontrées ces derniers mois, notre client souhaite définir une politique robuste de gestion des pièces de rechange critiques afin de sécuriser l'exploitation de sa flotte, garantir la continuité de la chaîne du froid et limiter les risques d'immobilisation. L'objectif est d'identifier les composants devant être disponibles en permanence à bord afin d'assurer la continuité des opérations des systèmes essentiels du navire, notamment ceux contribuant à l'alimentation électrique et à l'exploitation des conteneurs reefers.
