Title: Closing Specialist - DMV Location: Remote - Virginia Remote - Washington D.C. Remote - Maryland Job Description: As a Closing Specialist, you will work to manage various documents and files throughout the settlement process. About the role Responsibilities - Add fees and charges to build Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements for real estate settlements, including recording fees, transfer taxes, property taxes, commissions, utility bills, homeowners association fees, and contract credits - Coordinate directly with mortgage lenders to balance their borrowers’ Closing Disclosures, obtain loan documents for closing and authorization to disburse after documents are executed. - Communicate and develop good working relationships with lenders. - Ensure that loan documents are prepared correctly to match title documents. - Balance our files internally so that all incoming and outgoing funds match. About you Minimum Qualifications - Client Service experience - Title or real estate experience - Attention to detail and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment. Role Description WinnCompanies is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for receiving and recording maintenance service requests for military residents via phone calls and online tickets. You will handle resident questions and concerns regarding service requests, code and route non-work order requests, and provide excellent documentation and escalation for service requests that require additional follow-up. We are currently hiring for the following shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00PM to 3:00AM EST. This opportunity offers a firm pay range of $16.83 to $18.45 per hour, depending on experience. Please note that this is a 100% remote job and applicants must reside in a state that Winn operates in. Applications will be accepted until Thursday June 8th at 12:00PM EST. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to residents, technicians, and project site employees. - Receive emergency and non-emergency service requests via online, email, or calls from residents. - Handle all calls, including troubleshooting and scheduling resident service request needs. - Identify repeat, reoccurring, and outstanding requests and take appropriate action to escalate and resolve. - Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance. - Create work orders and dispatch accordingly. - Schedule work orders. - Ensure all work orders are processed in a timely manner to include online work orders and voicemails. - Monitor voicemails and ensure calls are returned and queues are cleared by the end of the day. - Handle customer questions and concerns regarding service requests. - Dispatch and schedule pest control work orders. - Provide scheduling support for Deployed Spouses Program. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED equivalent. - 1-3 years of relevant work experience. - Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications. - Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. - Outstanding customer service skills. - High Speed internet. - A quiet, distraction-free work environment. - Superb attention to detail. - Ability to manage time effectively. - Ability to make decisions and solve problems. - Ability to adapt and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
