Role Description SAIC is seeking a Cloud Consulting Lead to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC/AO) Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner (CTBIP) contract. This position will provide services to build cloud foundations for the Judiciary, including cloud advisory/strategy and implementation services. This position is contingent upon contract award anticipated for May/June 2026 with a June/July 2026 start date. This role must be performed in the United States and will be remote. There may be occasional travel to customer site in Washington, DC. - Advise senior-level executives on cloud computing and digital transformation strategies. - Provide in-depth recommendations for optimizing cloud environments to drive business objectives. - Assess client business needs and design innovative, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. - Ensure alignment of suggested technology strategies with organizational goals. - Oversee cloud adoption projects from design to implementation, ensuring project success. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and director-level stakeholders. • Manage and operate AWS services, GCP services, and interoperability between platforms with Cross Connects and VPNs. • Provision new infrastructure for development teams with Terraform / Terragrunt and GitLab pipelines. • Manage DNS zones (Route53, Cloudflare) across multiple domains and brands. • Handle CDN/WAF configurations (CloudFront, Cloudflare), including geo-blocking and bot management. • Investigate and optimise cloud costs (traffic analysis, CloudTrail optimisation). • Manage commitments and analyse cost anomalies across multiple accounts with development teams. • Work with engineering teams on product development and resolving issues related to application configuration, deployment, or debugging. • Manage AWS Organisation account onboarding and security best practices (Control Tower enrollment, SCP policies, billing profiles). • Manage AWS IAM users, SSO groups, cross-account roles, and permission policies across 15+ AWS accounts. • Respond to AWS security and CNAPP alerts (compromised access keys, irregular activity). • Configure and maintain monitoring stacks: Prometheus - alertmanager, CloudWatch. • Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to production incidents. • Troubleshot performance issues across the infrastructure stack with multiple teams and platforms.

• Architecting & managing secure, high availability systems, adhering to industry standards and following best practices. • Manage RHEL servers connected to Azure Virtual Desktop solutions. • Developing scripts to automate tasks and deployments in a cloud environment. • Documenting systems and processes for capability growth and improved team collaboration. • Learning and adapting to new Azure cloud resources, with opportunities for formal training.

• Define the end-to-end cloud architecture, ensuring a secure and modular platform capable of flawless performance. • Lead the implementation of event-driven, serverless, and containerized services using leading cloud providers such as AWS and/or Azure. • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, ensuring scalable and repeatable deployments. • Collaborate with software engineers, interoperability teams, and security experts to support microservices, APIs, and IAM protocols. • Drive architectural decisions that strictly adhere to compliance standards including HIPAA, GDPR, CLIA, and FDA/IVDR. • Implement monitoring, cost optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps standard methodologies to ensure seamless operations. • Mentor and guide engineering teams, participate in design reviews, and contribute to long-term platform planning.
