• Help scale the systems behind Tabby’s core products • Work on high-impact projects in a high-growth environment • Collaborate alongside a world-class remote engineering team spread across 20+ countries
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years working with Golang
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems and working with high-load architectures
- Solid understanding of backend tools and technologies — we use PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and a microservices architecture
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development
- A passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with Go is preferred; however, we welcome strong backend engineers from any technology stack who are willing to learn Go

Role Description - Lead the end‑to‑end technical design and development of .NET applications - Own solution architecture, coding standards, and best practices - Provide hands‑on technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring - Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions - Guide teams on application architecture, performance, and reliability - Drive adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and support sprint planning and estimations - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Architecture) - Identify technical risks early and proactively propose mitigations - Support production issues, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement Company Description At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
