Antimicrobial Stewardship Program Pharmacist
Nebraska Medicine
• Join the Nebraska ASAP outreach program as an ID-trained pharmacist. • Work alongside the Pharmacist Program Coordinator, ASAP Medical Directors, and Nebraska DHHS on antimicrobial stewardship efforts. • Partner with physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff in providing serious medicine and extraordinary care. • Engage in public speaking, developing educational content, and building relationships with stakeholders. • Participate in research and publication opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years clinical practice experience in the clinical specialty or an ASHP accredited postgraduate year two residency in the specialty required.
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program OR possess a Bachelor or Master of pharmacy degree with 10 years of experience required.
- Licensed in the state of Nebraska or jurisdiction in which pharmacy practice is conducted upon start or transfer required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as deemed appropriate and relevant to practice required.
