Job Description
Art Director T4
Agência F2F
• Active participation in the development of advertising campaigns, working from creative and visual concept through to execution. • Creation of key visuals (KVs) and their extensions. • Development and oversight of audiovisual productions, including commercials, digital videos and motion pieces. • Creation of assets for paid media (digital) and content for organic social channels. • Multidisciplinary work, in direct collaboration with copywriting, planning, media and account teams. • Work with creative thinking connected to strategy, considering the client's overall context, objectives and business challenges.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience at an advertising or marketing agency, with hands-on experience in agency routines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio required, featuring campaign projects, key visuals and extensions for real brands.
- Regular use of AI tools for image and video (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Kling or similar).
- Proficiency in the Adobe suite, with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
- Strong critical eye and high aesthetic refinement, with attention to typography, composition, grid and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to propose visual solutions aligned with the client's positioning and strategy.
- Clarity of concept and ability to adapt a KV or creative idea into assets for different channels, formats and objectives while maintaining a consistent visual language.
- Ability to translate briefs into creative solutions, working autonomously.
- Skill in defending creative choices with technical and strategic arguments.
- Constant, collaborative interaction with other agency departments.
- Maturity to receive, filter and apply feedback from agency and client.
- Autonomy and ability to drive projects end-to-end without micro-management.
- Fluent or advanced English.
- Interest in sports, especially soccer.
- Affinity with geek culture, particularly gaming.
