This internship provides structured training, mentorship, and guidance to help you prepare for the RBT role and certification process. What You’ll Receive Interns accepted into the program will receive: ✅ Access to a state-of-the-art 40-hour RBT training course (100% virtual) ✅ Optional weekly 1-hour virtual meetings with an ABA professional to ask questions, get support, and prepare for the RBT role ✅ Guidance on next steps toward certification and potential employment Program Timeline & Key Requirements Applicants selected for the internship will complete the following steps: - Attend an information session - Sign up for the internship program - Pay the $250 program fee - Complete the 40-hour training course within 180 days - After course completion, submit an FDLE Level 2 Background Screening within 10 business days - If approved, complete the Competency Assessment - Interview with Camen Behavioral Services and register for the RBT exam through the BACB - If selected, complete onboarding and begin employment (not guaranteed) Important Notes - This program does not guarantee employment. - You must complete the 40-hour course within 180 days, or the program must be repurchased. - Progression depends on passing the FDLE Level 2 background screening. Reimbursement Opportunity If you are hired and remain employed with Camen Behavioral Services for 90 days, you may qualify for a 50% reimbursement of the program fee ($125). • Design, develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core and .NET Framework • Build and extend frontend components using Angular and JavaScript • Design and implement REST APIs • Develop and maintain microservices-based systems • Create and maintain unit and automated E2E tests (Cucumber) • Participate in technical and architectural decision-making • Take ownership of code quality and code review standards • Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation • Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, Analysts and Product teams • Support less experienced developers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core • Build and extend frontend features using Angular and JavaScript • Design and consume REST APIs • Participate in development of distributed enterprise systems • Write and maintain unit tests • Work with MSSQL databases • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines • Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Work in Agile environment using tools such as Jira, TeamCity, Jenkins and Git/Bitbucket

• Write and debug web frontend code in SPA frameworks, such as Vue.js and Angular. • Manage the front-end build configuration and the appropriate npm tasks. • Work with Typescript and modern web development. • Write CSS and HTML by using SASS and Semantic UI. • Participate in the .NET implementation of a micro-services solution, being able to write backend code in a reliable, scalable, secure and testable way, implementing resilient integrations, satisfying requirements and service level agreements. • Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes. • Implement validation mechanisms as unit and integration tests for both back-end and front-end code. • Implement OAUTH authentication mechanisms. • Liaise with other technical Teams in order to push new features / changes to production. • Write and maintain technical documentation of the solution implemented. • Account for secure coding practices, as well as logging and auditing features.
