Role Description We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to support the development of impactful and user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports. This role will focus primarily on data visualization and reporting, working closely with stakeholders to transform data into actionable business insights. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Analytics roles - Strong hands-on experience with Power BI visualization and dashboard development - Experience working with data from multiple sources and complex datasets - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or modern cloud-based data platforms - Good understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Requirements - Experience with SQL and data transformation tools (bonus points) - Exposure to Azure data services or ETL pipelines (bonus points) - Experience working in fast-paced or consulting environments (bonus points) Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports - Create clear and effective data visualizations for business users - Work with data coming from multiple sources integrated through Microsoft Fabric - Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand reporting requirements - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports - Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of existing dashboards Benefits - Be part of a winning squad that plays to each other’s strengths - Celebrate every success together
