Consultant - Freelance Trainer: SAP S/4HANA Finance, MM, Application Support, AMOA, Project Management

• Lead individual and group mentorship sessions • Train learners on SAP and SAP S/4HANA environments • Provide support on Finance, MM (Materials Management), application support, or project management modules depending on the profile • Explain business processes and ERP flows • Address issues related to SAP to S/4HANA migration • Train on ERP project methodologies and AMOA (business analysis/support to project owners) • Support on e-invoicing and compliance topics • Conduct demonstrations, practical exercises and case studies • Adapt training materials to learners' skill levels • Provide active, career-oriented pedagogical follow-up • Participate in discovery calls prior to the start of engagements • Submit attendance sheets and required administrative documents
Job Requirements
- Significant experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA
- Expertise in one or more areas: SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, application support, AMOA or project management
- Solid understanding of ERP environments and business processes
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly and pedagogically
- Comfortable with videoconferencing and remote coaching
- Experience in training, mentoring or coaching is a plus
- Freelance / independent status required
- Micro-enterprise or sole proprietor status required
- Annual turnover below €77,000 (incl. VAT)
- Declaration of Activity number (Numéro de Déclaration d'Activité) required or ability to obtain it after contract signing
- Rigour, autonomy and professionalism required
