- Show us work with visual intelligence: layouts that breathe, type set with intention, hierarchy that actually guides the eye.
- Web projects you're proud of — we need to see you can design for screens, not just print
- A designer who learned the fundamentals before they learned the shortcuts
- Enough technical awareness to collaborate closely with developers and make handoff clean
- Self-directed — you can take a brief and run with it
- The tools matter less than the eye. If your portfolio shows us you can really design, we'll figure out the rest.
