Role Description We are currently hiring for virtual School Psychologists (SP) in Arizona, for the upcoming 26/27 school year! - Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career by delivering psychological assessment and psychotherapy services to school-based children across the nation. - Leverage technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in an environment that is flexible to your needs. - Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding psychological assessment services to children in need. - Complete documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator. - Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment. - Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school-aged children. Qualifications - Able to commit to at least 15 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week. - Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SP license in your state of residence, and Arizona, in good standing. - Hold NCSP: Current Nationally Certified School Psychologist. - Full-time resident of the United States. - School experience or experience working with school-aged pediatric population. - Experience conducting virtual sessions. - Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology. - Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes. - Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator. - Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete Medicaid billing if necessary. - Access to a laptop (not Chromebook) to conduct sessions virtually. Compensation This is a W2 employment opportunity. The exact compensation band is based on where the provider resides. - Compensation for providers living in CA, HI, and NY is $44-$54 an hour. - AK, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NM, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, and WA is $44-$54 an hour. - AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $44-$49 an hour. - AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV is $44-$47 an hour. - This position also includes the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria.

Role Description The Case Manager Nurse plays a critical role in supporting members with complex or chronic conditions by providing proactive, telephonic case management grounded in a whole-person approach. This role focuses on reducing avoidable utilization, improving care coordination, and helping members navigate the healthcare system with confidence and clarity. As a trusted clinical resource, the Case Manager Nurse partners closely with members, providers, and health plans to assess needs, develop individualized care plans, and advocate for appropriate, cost-effective services. In addition to core case management responsibilities, this role also supports utilization review activities when needed, contributing to timely medical necessity determinations and continuity of care. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who brings strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving outcomes for high-need populations in a collaborative, remote care management environment. This is a fully remote role. Candidates must reside in Iowa, Arizona, or Idaho. Schedule: This position works four 10-hour shifts per week and must be able to support ICM’s standard operating hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.
