• Enhance the team’s capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint • Ensure that Core Values are living and breathing throughout the project team. • Develop features requiring a novel technical design and act as a mentor to more junior developers through ad-hoc collaboration and structured code reviews. • Enhance the team’s capacity by documenting plans to anticipated risks/blockers, advancing best practices, and mentoring peers and more junior team members. • Serve as technical SME in the sprint, ensuring successful delivery of the sprint commitment by managing pipelines, environments, and oversight of key deliverables. • Present technical and sprint demos, such as completed API methods and automated deployment processes during sprint review meetings. • Demonstrate proficiency at two of the following: building attractive user interfaces, building data driven REST APIs, administering databases/cloud/servers.

• Write high-quality, well-architected, and well-tested components that are easy to understand and re-use • Implement tooling to make front-end development easier • Review pull requests, mentor others, and be an advocate for high-quality code and sound architecture that make future development faster, easier and better • Scope and plan projects, and work with other developers (front-end and back-end) to implement them • Work directly with the product owners, designers, and engineers • Contribute to technical improvements, develop and maintain quality standards • Other duties assigned to you by the company from time to time

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into interactive and accessible web interfaces. • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. • Implement reusable components and maintainable front-end architectures. • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. • Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, trends, and best practices. • Debug and resolve front-end issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
