Role Description As a Customer Advisor, you won't just be answering phones; you'll be a brand ambassador for one of the most innovative tech ecosystems in the world. You will provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking users, helping them troubleshoot issues, explore new features, and get the most out of their premium devices and services. - Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian. - Act as a technical guide, helping users resolve software queries and navigate hardware features. - Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued. - Stay up-to-date with the latest product launches and software updates to provide accurate information. - Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system. Qualifications - Italian: Native or C2 (Fluent) proficiency is mandatory. - English: B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher for internal training and communication. - Location: You must be a resident of Greece or willing to relocate to Greece (anywhere in the country) before your start date. - Tech-Savvy: You should be comfortable navigating different software and have an interest in modern technology. - Soft Skills: Great listening skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine desire to help people. Requirements - We value personality and communication skills above all else. While previous experience is a plus, it is not a dealbreaker—we provide full training to get you up to speed.
