• Providing a full professional assistance service to the executive members whom you are assigned to • Diary and email management • Developing and implementing new systems and business operations • Seeking ways to improve performance through streamlining internal systems and procedures • Investigating new business avenues and approaching partners • Ensuring that project deadlines are met • Addressing a variety of business tasks as set by the executive team • Attending meetings as required, preparing minutes, agendas and notes for action • Project administration support including creation of packs (presentations, records, notes) and trackers, ensuring project deadlines are met • Investigating new business avenues and approaching partners • Some market research
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in perfect English
- 2+ years experience in a similar role with a track record of achieving results
- Hardworking and can pay extreme attention to details
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once to tight deadlines
- A quick thinker and a keen learner
- High-level of computer skills in both Microsoft Office and the Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides etc.)
- Availability overlap work with the hours 9am to 5pm UK time from Mondays to Fridays to align with management
