• Lead and support client software implementations, with a focus on construction industry clients. • Apply both Sage Intacct expertise and construction-specific knowledge to guide customers through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs. • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines. • Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation. • Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software.
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
- Prior construction experience preferred in either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position (e.g., Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
