• Market development: You proactively win new clients in the DACH market and will support the expansion into international regions over time. • Close the deal: From cold outreach to closing — you manage the entire sales cycle. • Consultative advice: You understand clients' pain points (growth, CAC/CPA, ROAS, scaling, tracking) and deliver facts instead of marketing fluff. • Solution selling: You strategically position new performance offerings in the market and identify emerging demand opportunities early. • Process design: You develop strategies for how we can win internationally.
Job Requirements
- German & English (must-have): You are fluent in German (native level) and negotiation‑level/business fluent in English.
- Sales DNA: Whether you have 2 or 20 years of experience — you love closing deals and work independently.
- Straight talk: You communicate directly, listen actively, and are authentic.
- Tech affinity: You are interested in the MarTech/performance environment and CRM (HubSpot).
- Opportunity mindset: You spot market opportunities quickly and can position new solutions convincingly.
