Building an AI-enabled platform to create tailored HSE/EHS trainings at scale - already training millions of employees. Your Mission - Work closely with Lena (Chief Learning Officer) and Alice (Learning Experience Designer) to scale world-class trainings. - Be the bridge between great pedagogy and AI at scale. Learning Content & Quality - Ensure AI-generated content is accurate and delightful to consume. - Review scripts and modules for accuracy, clarity, pacing, and pedagogical soundness. - Transform dense sustainability, safety, and compliance content into engaging learning modules. - Identify gaps in AI performance regarding accuracy, pacing, clarity, engagement, and instructional choices. - Incorporate customer feedback to enhance trainings. AI Content Production & Product Feedback - Use the platform to build trainings and improve the platform itself. - Test new AI features and provide feedback to Jonas (CTO). - Support the creation of AI-powered videos and animations. - Help automate training creation processes for efficiency. Growth & Sales Support - Create impressive, industry-specific demos for sales calls with Max (CEO). - Participate in client workshops to understand challenges and solutions. Your Own Contributions - Propose improvements for methodology, new content formats, or smarter platform usage. Qualifications - AI enthusiasm: Actively use AI tools and experiment with new models and workflows. - Content craft foundation: Experience in writing, editing, instructional design, or training material. - Attention to detail: Satisfaction in perfecting final touches and catching errors. - Organizational skills: Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities. - Communication: Excellent English; German proficiency is a valuable advantage. - Availability: 4–6 months for a full-time internship. Requirements - Hands-on experience with AI tools beyond casual use is a plus. - Studies in relevant fields such as Communications, Psychology, Education, or similar. - Exposure to corporate training, e-learning, or curriculum design. - Genuine interest in sustainability, safety, and compliance within business contexts. - Curiosity and aptitude are valued over checking every box.
