Wussten wir doch, dass wir perfekt harmonieren. - Du steuerst spannende Digitalprojekte – von der Planung bis zum Go-live – und sorgst dafür, dass Zeit, Budget und Qualität stimmen. - Du klärst Anforderungen, leitest Scoping-Workshops und übersetzt Ideen in klare Aufgaben. - Du formulierst Akzeptanzkriterien und sorgst für nachvollziehbare, umsetzbare Tickets für alle Beteiligten (UX, Design, Entwicklung). - Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und findest pragmatische Lösungen, bevor Probleme entstehen. - Du koordinierst Kund:innen, interne Teams und externe Partner und schaffst Transparenz über Aufgaben, Verantwortlichkeiten und Projektstatus. - Du sorgst für Struktur, klare Prozesse und gute Kommunikation im Team und mit allen Stakeholdern. - Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung von Angeboten mit – von der Struktur über Aufwandsschätzung bis zur finalen Abstimmung mit dem Team. - Du leitest Workshops und moderierst Meetings – sowohl intern als auch mit Kunden. Qualifications - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im digitalen Agenturumfeld oder im Bereich E-Commerce / PIM / CMS. - Ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Projektkennzahlen. - Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung. - Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu machen und Projekte sicher ins Ziel zu bringen. - Eine strukturierte und verbindliche Arbeitsweise. - Idealerweise verfügst du über ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medienwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. - Fließende Deutsch- (mindestens CEFR-Level C1 (Zertifikat)) und Englischkenntnisse.
