Job Description

Physical Therapy Clinical Trainer

INDIBA Group

• Conduct in-person and virtual clinical training sessions for physical therapists and healthcare professionals on INDIBA and K-Laser devices • Support onboarding and advanced training programs for new and existing customers • Collaborate with sales teams to provide clinical demonstrations, product training, and event support (e.g., trade shows, conferences, workshops) • Develop and refine clinical protocols, training materials, and case studies • Serve as a clinical resource for ongoing customer support, including troubleshooting and optimizing treatment outcomes • Stay up to date with advancements in physical therapy, sports medicine, laser therapy, and radiofrequency applications • Contribute to the development of marketing and educational content (videos, webinars, manuals, presentations)

Job Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) required
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in physical therapy, sports medicine, or rehabilitation preferred
  • Prior experience with therapeutic laser, radiofrequency (INDIBA/TECAR), or electrotherapy modalities is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 50%) for onsite trainings and trade shows
  • Passion for education, innovation, and improving patient outcomes

Role Description Provides support for clinical member services review assessment processes.
