Role Description We are actively seeking part-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our Provider Network. You will have the opportunity to conduct treatment with our diverse client population of children and adults. We deliver skilled speech therapy services and interventions tailored to the unique needs of our clients with receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency, voice, and apraxia of speech. - Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients - Conduct online speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for speech services - Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor an individual's plan of care via teletherapy - Maintain a caseload of kids, adults, and the geriatric population - Keep appropriate and daily documentation Qualifications - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Active CA State Speech Language Pathologist License or able to obtain a CA license - Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview - Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform - Should be comfortable working with children (18 months+) - Bilingual in Spanish required Requirements - This is a 100% remote opportunity, requiring a minimum commitment of 12-29 hours per week for part-time. Role Description As a Physical Therapist with Best Home Health Providers, you will play a vital role in delivering skilled care that addresses the unique challenges of home health environments, helping patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence. - Evaluate patients’ functional status, mobility, muscle strength, gait, and ROM to develop individualized treatment plans. - Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and California’s Physical Therapy Practice Act. - Educate patients and their families or caregivers on therapeutic exercises, equipment use, and recovery goals. - Collaborate with physicians and the care team—reporting changes in patient condition and participating in case conferences. - Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and, when PT is the sole skilled service, oversee Home Health Aide care bi-weekly. - Manage documentation including clinical progress summaries and discharge planning. - Identify needs for additional home health services and coordinate referrals as appropriate. - Perform other duties as required for patient services. Role Description Provides support for clinical member services review assessment processes. Responsible for verifying that services are medically necessary and align with established clinical guidelines, insurance policies, and regulations - ensuring members reach desired outcomes through integrated delivery of care across the continuum. Contributes to overarching strategy to provide quality and cost-effective member care. - Assesses services for members to ensure optimum outcomes, cost-effectiveness and compliance with all state/federal regulations and guidelines. - Analyzes clinical service requests from members or providers against evidence based clinical guidelines. - Identifies appropriate benefits, eligibility and expected length of stay for requested treatments and/or procedures. - Conducts reviews to determine prior authorization/financial responsibility for Molina and its members. - Processes requests within required timelines. - Refers appropriate cases to medical directors (MDs) and presents them in a consistent and efficient manner. - Requests additional information from members or providers as needed. - Makes appropriate referrals to other clinical programs. - Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote the Molina care model. - Adheres to utilization management (UM) policies and procedures. Qualifications - At least 2 years experience, including experience in hospital acute care, inpatient review, prior authorization, managed care, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. - Registered Nurse (RN). License must be active and unrestricted in state of practice. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency.
