Job Requirements
- Active and unrestricted licensure as LCSW or LMHC in Florida (or ability to become licensed)
- Experience with screening for common mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Experience conducting psychotherapy via telehealth
- Experience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with patients and other team members
- Comfort working in a startup environment
