About the role As the CRM Manager, you are the engine behind our lifecycle execution and experimentation. You aren’t just monitoring "opens" and "clicks"; you are building the workflows that drive incremental lift and long-term retention. Reporting to the Lifecycle Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of complex A/B and multivariate tests across Whatsapp, email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. You are a technical CRM expert who thrives on turning strategic hypotheses into live, high-performing automated journeys. What You’ll Do 1. Campaign Execution & Lifecycle Mastery - Full-Stack Deployment: Own the end-to-end setup of automated journeys and ad-hoc campaigns within the CRM platform. You are responsible for the logic, triggers, and technical quality of every send. - Segmentation Execution: Partner with the Data team to build and maintain high-value audience segments, ensuring hyper-personalized content reaches the right user at the right time. - Project Management: Keep the production engine running smoothly by maintaining documentation in Notion and ensuring all execution tasks are tracked and updated in ClickUp. - QA & Flawless Deployment: Serve as the final gatekeeper for all CRM communications. You will own the end-to-end QA process: testing liquid logic, webhooks, dynamic content rendering across devices, and link functionality to ensure a frictionless experience for every user. You are obsessed with "zero-error" execution. 2. Experimentation & Testing Operations - Experimentation Roadmap: Take the Experimentation Roadmap and turn it into reality. You will build the test structures, from simple subject line splits to complex multi-branch journey tests ensuring flawless implementation. - Hypothesis Implementation: Translate business goals into structured experiments, ensuring that "holdout groups" and "control groups" are correctly implemented to measure true incrementality. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between the Lifecycle team and the Product/Data teams to ensure technical events, API endpoints and user behaviors are correctly flowing into our CRM tools. 3. Measurement & Performance Optimization - Data Accuracy: Ensure every test has the correct tracking parameters and reaches statistical significance before concluding. - Performance Reporting: Analyze experiment results (wins, losses, and "inconclusive" learnings) and present actionable insights to the Lifecycle Strategy Manager to inform the next phase of the roadmap. - Funnel Optimization: Constantly monitor live journeys to identify and fix technical bottlenecks or drops in conversion. Requirements - Experience: 5+ years in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing. You must have a "builder" mindset with a proven track record of executing high-velocity experiments. - Execution Specialist: You don't just manage campaigns, you build. You have deep technical knowledge of how CRM triggers work and how to troubleshoot complex liquid logic or HTML issues. - Incrementality Focused: You understand the difference between "organic" and "incentivized" behavior. You are comfortable using global control groups to prove the value of your work. - Cross-Functional Collaborator: You can work seamlessly with Designers, Copywriters, and Data Engineers to get campaigns across the finish line. - Technical Stack: Expert-level knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Customer.io) and proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp/Notion). Experience with Whatsapp channel is a plus. - Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to interpret data and communicate what it means for the strategy moving forward. - Advanced English level. - These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered. Success Metrics (The First 90 Days) Month 1: Systems Integration & Onboarding - - Gain full mastery of our CRM tech stack and data flows. - Take over the technical execution of all active "always-on" journeys. - Standardize the campaign brief-to-deployment process in ClickUp. Month 2: Experimentation Launch - - Successfully build and launch the first 5 experiments from the Lifecycle Roadmap. - Establish a streamlined "Learning Review" process to report findings back to the Strategy Manager. Month 3: Optimization & Lift - - Successfully implement a winning experiment that demonstrates a measurable lift in a core KPI (e.g., 7-day retention or Repeat Purchase Rate). - Identify and execute two technical "quick wins" to improve workflow efficiency or data accuracy. What We Offer - Competitive salary - Initial stock options grant - Annual performance bonus - Health, dental, and vision plans - Remote work environment, although we have offices in Miami and México City and would love to work in hybrid model if you are up to it. - Continuous learning opportunities - Unlimited PTO - Paid parental leave - Empowering opportunities for growth in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment Equal Opportunity Employer At Félix, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.
