Position Summary This position can be Work From Anywhere in the United States - This position will support the several parts of the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non production activities. - This role will focus on coordination and collaboration amongst of work for Medicaid Provider Operations and internal -Will be lead for work assignments and work closely with manager on department production and turn around times. Required Qualifications - 5+ Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications. - Advanced Excel skills. - Advanced skills and extensive use of tools such as Power BI and SQL. - Strong data analytical skills. - General understanding and skills in PowerPoint. - Identifies and escalates data accuracy concerns to address for cleanup. - Facilitates action-focused/data-centered conversations with stakeholders about opportunities and trends in the data. - Ability to collaborate cross functionally with internal and external partners. - Contributes to ad hoc special projects. Preferred Qualifications - QNXT system experience - Experience using project tracking systems (i.e., Asana). - Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead). - Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs. - Strong communication skills. - PMP Certification - Previous Medicaid expansions or new implementations Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
