Philanthropy team members are currently based in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.   About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join Fundraising and Philanthropy team this summer. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are organized, comfortable working with computers, and eager to develop administrative and data management skills.   In this role you will: - Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems - Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information - Organize and file digital and paper records as needed - Perform basic data clean-up and corrections - Generate simple reports or summaries when requested - Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards - Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • This role is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program. The successful candidate must be:
  • between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
  • A Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, S.C. 2001, c. 27*

The role We’re hiring a Data Analyst to build and own the dashboards and reporting that help us understand and improve our programs. You’ll work across product, operations, and customer teams, translating data into something people can actually use. - Build dashboards showing program performance, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes - Create customer-facing reporting that clearly demonstrates value - Support internal teams with operational insights and performance tracking - Analyse cohorts and identify opportunities to improve program outcomes - Work with engineering to improve data quality and structure - Automate reporting to reduce manual effort and increase consistency This isn’t just reporting.
