Content, Inbound Marketing Specialist
REPLUG - App Marketing Experts
• Own the execution of REPLUG’s LinkedIn and related channels, ensuring content is consistently published, optimized, and improved over time. • Turn raw inputs (notes, transcripts, drafts, articles) into engaging posts, carousels, and short-form video concepts that align with brand guidelines and platform best practices. • Support content distribution by testing formats, hooks, and messaging to improve performance (engagement, reach, conversions). • Repurpose existing long-form content (articles, documents, presentations) into short-form assets across formats (posts, carousels, video scripts, newsletters). • Edit and refine content to improve clarity, structure, and consistency while adapting it for different channels and audiences. • Ensure content is reusable and can be leveraged across multiple touchpoints (social, email, sales, partnerships). • Own content calendars and publishing workflows across channels. • Manage drafts, assets, and scheduling to keep the pipeline moving. • Execute and support content across formats (posts, carousels, video, newsletters). • Test formats, hooks, and distribution approaches to improve performance. • Contribute to channel growth, PR/outreach, and co-marketing execution.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing execution roles (content, social, growth, or digital marketing)
- Strong B2B exposure (tech, SaaS, or app industry preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn and social platforms as growth channels
- Experience working with multiple content formats (posts, carousels, short-form video, newsletters)
- Ability to take direction and turn it into execution, while also suggesting improvements
- Basic understanding of paid and organic performance (LinkedIn, Google, or similar)
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot/CMS for publishing and basic reporting
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks

What else should I know? Salary and Benefits The Law Librarian position has a 5-step salary scale ranging from $127,400 to $154,804. The successful applicant is appointed to a salary step based on years of experience and additional relevant degrees, certifications, credentials or skills.
