Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services for individuals, couples, and families across Maryland. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, emotional stress, family conflict, life transitions, and mental health challenges through structured telehealth sessions. This position is ideal for a clinician who values consistent scheduling, a strong clinical focus, and the ability to make an impact through accessible remote care. Responsibilities: - Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families - Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs - Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed - Support clients with relationship issues, communication concerns, and behavioral patterns
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland
- Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
