Market Data Specialist
DataBP
• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives • Advise clients on best practices regarding data licensing and compliance • Connect client business goals and requirements with DataBP platform capabilities • Configure the application environment to suit the needs of the exchange • Translate business goals into technical requirements for development • Perform user acceptance testing • Assist in planning and prioritizing configuration and development efforts
Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in exchange data licensing or reporting
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction through proactive support and training
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the market data or fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Assertive and comfortable conducting client-facing meetings
