Job Title: BI Developer (Offshore) Role Purpose Design, develop, and deliver high-quality dashboards and analytical reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud, translating functional specifications into scalable and user-friendly BI solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). - Build and manage datasets, subject areas, and semantic models. - Implement business logic including KPIs, calculated metrics, and data transformations. - Translate functional specifications into effective visualizations and reports. - Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience. - Apply best practices in data visualization and dashboard design. - Collaborate closely with BA/BI Consultants to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. - Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including bug fixes and enhancements. - Troubleshoot data/reporting issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Required Skills & Experience - 4–7+ years of experience in BI development or data visualization roles. - Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). - Solid experience in dashboard development and data visualization best practices. - Proficiency in SQL and data querying for data extraction and validation. - Good understanding of data models, joins, and basic ETL concepts. - Ability to interpret and implement functional and technical specifications. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills for collaboration with onshore teams.
